Welcome to Bolly Beats Fitness

Fitness and dancing have always been my passion. In 2014, I decided to merge these two to create a workout routine on peppy Hindi music. Inspired by freestyle dancing with Bollywood songs, I came up with a workout that is fun and cardio-intense at the same time. I tried to make the dance moves easy and mash up some desi, bhangra, and hip hop moves.

We started with 4-5 people in a garage setting and eventually moved to an enormous space as Bolly Beats Fitness classes began to grow.
